  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original labels attached.
  • All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
  • Once your return is received, our team will process it within 14 business days.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer mutiple delivery options to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

Next Day Shipping: DPD Express Delivery - £4.99

- Order before 4pm Sunday to Thursday for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays).

- Orders over £200 receive free 'DPD Express Delivery'.

- Orders placed with Next Day Delivery will be shipped the following working day if placed after 4:30pm.

- No orders will be delivered on bank holidays.

- Mainland UK only. Excludes Highlands and Islands.
