At Volksmine Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality automotive parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, unfitted, and in original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging, labels, and all included components

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of installation or wear, or that have been tampered with, will not be accepted for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. Photographic evidence may be required.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical components (once opened or installed)

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Hazardous materials or fluids

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. Once we approve and process your return, the refund will be issued.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
