Terms of Service – Volksmine Ltd

By accessing or using the Volksmine Ltd online store ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms below, do not use this website.

2. Use of Our Store

You agree:

  • Not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.

  • To provide accurate billing and account information.

  • That we may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

3. Pricing & VAT

All purchases made through the Store are subject to a 20% VAT rate, which is calculated and added automatically at checkout. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns & Refunds

Volksmine Ltd only sells brand new parts. We accept returns within 30 days of the order's receipt date.

  • Customers must first contact us via email at sales@volksmine.co.uk to request a return.

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were dispatched. Items that are damaged, altered, fitted, or not in resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Volksmine Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. Product Availability & Order Cancellations

All products and services are subject to availability.
Volksmine Ltd reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or cancel any order at any time due to:

  • Stock availability

  • Incorrect product information

  • Suspected fraud or misuse of services

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.

5. Engine Rebuild Warranty (Summary)

Volksmine Ltd provides a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) for remanufactured engines, covering faulty workmanship and defective materials.

Important Notice:
This is a summary only. Full warranty terms will be sent to the customer and must be thoroughly read, agreed to, and signed before any engine rebuild booking is confirmed.

Warranty Highlights:

  • Excludes damage caused by faulty ancillary components (e.g. turbo, fuel system, cooling system)

  • Applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only

  • Requires a 500-mile service with specific checks and oil types

  • No third-party labour, towing, or consequential costs covered

  • Void if vehicle has ECU remaps, DPF deletes, or modifications

  • Strict conditions on installation and maintenance

  • Return-to-base warranty process only

Full terms, conditions, and the customer warranty declaration form will be provided by Volksmine Ltd and must be signed prior to confirming any booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volksmine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product or service sold through this Store, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, loss of income, or third-party costs.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales, and the United Kingdom.
